Nikos Persidis was born on September 8, 1995 in Chalkida, he is 2m.01 tall and plays as a forward.

He started his career in 2011 at AGE Chalkidas and two years later (2013-2014) he competed for the first time in A1, remaining in the same city, but on behalf of Ikaros, who had “moved” to the city of Evia from Kallithea .

In 2014 he signed for Psychiko and a year later (2015-2016) he switched to Pagrati and then played for Ionikos Nikias (2016-17), Ethnikos Piraeus (2017-18) and Diagoras Dryopideon (2018-19).

In the summer of 2019, he took the big step, signing a contract with Panathinaikos. In the 2019-2020 season, he had 6 appearances with the “greens”, scoring 3.8 points and collecting 2.2 rebounds.

In December 2020, he was assigned to Lavrio, where he remained for a year and a half and in the 2021-22 season, he had 4.5 points with 49% on three-pointers and 2.2 rebounds, in 23 matches, while he “counted” another seven appearances in the Basketball Champions League (2 points and 1 rebound average).

In the 2022-23 season he started in AEK (with 10 games in the league and Basketball Champions League, but during the year he continued in Peristeri (he played in 21 games in Greece and Europe).

Last season (2023-24), he played for Aris and in 27 league games he had 1.9 points and 1.2 rebounds (with an average of 9 minutes per game), while also participating in 13 EuroCup games (1, 5 points and a rebound)”.
