“– The management of AE Psychikos announces the renewal of its cooperation with the athlete Giorgos Koukas. The 39-year-old experienced guard will continue to wear the A.E.Ps shirt for the 4th consecutive season and will of course be the cornerstone of our team.
Last season he played in just 19 of 35 games due to a hand injury that kept him out for the entire 2nd half of the season, averaging 10.3 ppg and 6 assists per game.
– The management of AE Psychiko announces the start of its collaboration with the athlete Tasos Antonakis and welcomes him to its “family”.
Tasos Antonakis was born on 09/02/1992 and with a height of 2.05 plays in the Forward positions. In the last two seasons, he competed in Panionios, with whom he celebrated the same number of promotions. Initially from the 2nd National category to the ELITE LEAGUE (2022-23) and the season that passed us from the ELITE LEAGUE to the BASKET LEAGUE.
He started his basketball career from the AEK academies and then moved to Pagrati, whose jersey he wore in two different seasons (2011-12 & 2015-16)
In two different periods (2014-15 & 2020-21) he also wore the jersey of Apollon Patras with which in 2021 he celebrated promotion to the BASKET LEAGUE, having 10.2 points per game, 7.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.
He had celebrated promotion to the BASKET LEAGUE a year earlier with Charilaos Trikoupis Messolongiou, having a leading role there as well with 11.8 points per game, 7.6 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 34’20” of participation per game.
He has also competed in Elysiako, National Piraeus, Korivo Amaliadas and Tritona, while he has worn the jersey of the national team for children (K16), teenagers (K18) and youth (K20).
