We have to help the players and what I saw in the first training session was incredible. I have Masia to thank for thatbecause the way he develops the players is incredible and the quality he gives us is really great.
Usually when internationals are missing and you bring in youngsters, the quality drops a bit, but that’s not the case here. And it’s really cool to see how they’re improving. I told them “I want quality, absolute intensity and concentration in every training session” and they show it 100%”.
When I see the players we have, but also the young ones, yes, sometimes I think we need to bring in a player who can win a game, but we also have good young playerswe have to help them to improve here, that’s our job, but also part of Barcelona’s philosophy.
We always want to play, to be active, for me it is very important, we try to act when we have the ball. Without the ball or with the ball.
