Koukmisi returned to PAOK

Katerina Koukmisi returned to the PAOK women’s handball team. The amateur “two-headed” announced the acquisition of the 24-year-old playmaker for the next year, in order to strengthen the organization of the game and help the department return to the title of champion, with the athlete returning to the Greek cup after three years.

For the past three years, Koukmisi competed in AESH Pylaia.

“PAOK and the women’s handball department, PAOK mateco, announce the start of cooperation with the athlete, Katerina Koukmisi, for the 2024-2025 season.

Born on 13/09/2000, Katerina Koukmisi plays as a playmaker and is 168cm tall.

She started handball in 2009, competing in AESCH Pylaias, participating in all the Panhellenic championships with many individual awards. An individual milestone in her career, her emergence as the best new player of the A1 women’s league in the 2018-19 season.

In the 2020-21 season, he competed for the first time in the PAOK mateco shirt, winning the domestic double. In the next three competitive seasons (2021-2024) he again competed with the AESH Pylaia shirt, performing excellent individual performances.

International with all the National age categories of our country and the Women’s National. At the same time, he has also competed with the National beach handball team of our country.
