The 27-year-old American will strengthen the team’s tall line with his presence, in its domestic obligations, but also in the Basketball Champions League.
His resume
Chris Coffey was born on August 7, 1997 in Louisville, Kentucky, is 2.01 tall and plays as a power forward. He started his career from the college championship (NCAA) and Georgetown College of Kentucky (2019-20).
He came to Europe in the 2020-21 season on behalf of Latvian Ventspils, while the following year (2021-2022) he played in Germany and Mittleldeutscher BC.
In the 2022-2023 season, he competed for the first time in the Basket League on behalf of Kolossos Rhodes (announced on November 13, 2022) making excellent appearances. Specifically, with the “seamen” Chris Coffey averaged 9.4 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 24 minutes in 19 matches.
Last season (2023-2024) he wore the jersey of Prometheus Patras with whom he averaged 7.88 points, 6.54 rebounds, 1.46 assists and 1.27 steals in 26 games of the Stoiximan Basket League playing 26.4 minutes per game, while in the Basketball Champions League he had 7.19 points, 5.81 rebounds and 1.31 assists in 16 games playing for an average of 26.2 minutes.”
