And with his… arrow player Mars will remain for the next three years o Fabiano Leisman!
On Wednesday afternoon (14/08), the “yellow and black” PAE announced that it reached an agreement with the Brazilian central defender for a new cooperation contract valid until summer of 2027.
It is recalled that in the last hours there was a total reversal in his case, as, after contact between Theodore Karipides and the footballer was reached and while Fabiano was near the exit.
The announcement of PAE Aris in detail:
“After Julian Cuesta and Fabiano Leismann stays here!
The Brazilian defender (born November 18, 1991) signed today his new contract with PAE ARIS for three more years and will continue to offer his services to our team until the summer of 2027!
“Delighted to continue in the team”
After signing his new contract, Fabiano Leismann told arisfc.com.gr:
“I am happy to have signed a new contract with ARIS and will continue with the team for three more years.
I want to say some things so that people know the truth. All this time I had offers from other teams and from Saudi Arabia with much better financial terms.
However, I rejected them because apart from the financial part there were other individual issues, which did not satisfy me and which played a very important role in my decision.
Also, all this time I had never closed the door on ARIS. I had never ruled out the prospect of staying.
At the same time that I was talking with other groups, I was also talking with Mr. Karypides. Mr. Karipidis called me almost every day, showing me how much the team wanted me and he was even persistent!
Somehow, in the last few days our discussions got on the right track and in the end what we both sides wanted happened.
We agreed for three years and we have new challenges to face. We don’t look back, only forward. I know that we have great obligations and responsibilities and we will all work hard to achieve our goals.
The team has been strengthened with very good players and I am optimistic that we will meet the demands of the new season.
I also want to thank the people for their love and rest assured that I will continue to give my best for ARIS.”
