THE Shaquille O’Neal has long criticized the abilities Rudy Goberas well as the money he receives, stressing that it is disproportionate to his quality. In fact, in a recent interview with Complex, the NBA legend was asked who he thinks is the worst player in the history of the league.
Without hesitation, Shaq named Rudy Gomber, explaining that the Frenchman doesn’t deserve his huge contract and is “ruining the system.” Gomber responded to the veteran center’s comments on social media, arguing that Shaq should be minding his own business instead of throwing shots at players.
“It’s sad to see someone who has achieved as much as you have in both sports and business still be fueled by another man’s finances and achievements“, wrote o Gobber and continued: “I understand the entertainment part, but unlike others, you don’t need this to stay relevant».
The feud doesn’t seem to be over yet, as Shaq fired back at their superior Timberwolves. Speaking on a podcast with Undonis Haslem and Mike Miller, O’Neal responded to Gobber’s comments, dismissing the idea that he’s bothered by the Frenchman’s success, saying, “sensitive».
