Panserraikos left with the “three points” from the match-rodeo in Lamia!

by

He escaped with the “double” from the Ghoul the Panseraikos. The “lions” beat DAK 2-1 at the end of the 6th matchday of the Stoiximan Super League and celebrated their first “three points” in this year’s championship.

The match was episodicwith the guests to “they shout” for disallowing Betancourt’s goal in the 13th minute for offside. Ten minutes later it was the home team’s turn complain for her direct expulsion of the uterus after VAR intervention.

The score opened in the 36th minute o Deligiannidis with a shell. In the 60th minute, voices were heard again from the side of Panserraikos due to Petrucci’s dismissal with a second yellow cardHowever, three minutes later Betancourt gave Ferrado’s team a two-goal lead as they edged closer to their first win in this season’s Super League.

Lamia struck again in the 67th minute, with Ring standing lucky as his shot was deflected and the ball ended up in the net with Davidson charged with an own goal.

In the coach’s mind

With 3-4-3 Marinos Satsias lined up for Lamia. At the goal he had Kostic, while the trio in front of him consisted of Andrade, Cornezo and Giannuzzo. Radonia had the right wing and Ring the left, while Mekić and Nuñez were on the axis. In the attack, Furtado was on the right, Enriques on the left and Vlachomitros at the top.

With 3-5-2 Ferrado lined up Panserraikos. Gugesashvili was in goal, Hadakias, Bergstrom and Davidson in defense. Deligiannidis had one side and Fares the other, with Staikos, Hatzistravos and Perutsi in the center. Thomas and Betancourt started on the offensive line.

The match

It was about two teams boiling in the same cauldron, with Panserraikos in greater need of points. Since before the cross, they were trailing with one draw in five matches, while Lamia had five points.

However, it was the hosts who took her movement initiative from the beginning and in fact only in the 1st minute I threatened. With Furtados leaving vertically and the Panserraikos defense stopping him with a foul before he stepped into the area and the situation became more difficult.

The pattern remained the same and against the flow of the match, the visitors “froze” the DAK, with Betancourt to send the ball into the net at 13′. The assistant raised the flag and the replay did not show that he was justified. However, the VAR placing the lines found that the “lions” striker was underexposed.

The first time the VAR spared Lamia (with the decision in the above phase), the second time it gave an advantage to the visitors. Vlahomitro’s very hard foul was punished with a yellow card by Cetsila, who did an onfield review and turned her red (23′).

Panserraikos started to get the ball at their feet, having a numerical advantage and in the 27th minute they almost did the damage. Thomas entered the area from the left, but the turn for Betancourt was cut off by the Lamia defense at the last moment.

With their attack weakened, after Enriques was moved up top to fill Vlachomitro’s void, Lamia looked to threaten in an unorthodox way. That’s what Furtado did in the 28th minute, with Gugesashvili blocking easily.

In the 36th minute, Panserraikos took the lead with a goal. THE Deligiannidis with a rocket beat Kostic, sending the ball into the side netting. Now, absolute control of the match passed into the hands of the guests, who protected their lead without any problem.

Much nicer and more exciting was the second part. Although the omens were not good to begin with. The match was boring for the first ten minutes or so, but the facts changed after the expulsion of the visitors, with which the numerical balance was restored. THE Petrucci saw at 57′ a yellow card, which was the second (it had also been seen at 45’+4′). From then on, the image of the match changed drastically.

Satsias prepared a triple change in order to look more strongly for the equalizing goal, seeing that his team was no longer behind numerically and just before doing so it became 0-2. In the 63rd minute, Liassos stole from Nunes and passed for Fares who with a nice cross found him Betancourtwho with a simple touch of the ball defeated Kostic.

The plan of the Cypriot coach did not change and he put three new faces on the field, while he raised his team on the field. Two minutes later, Lamia found the 1-2. The hosts loaded the area with players, Guido was unable to execute, but Ring did, whose shot was countered and the ball ended up in the net (67′).

The match completely rocked from that point on. The clean phase was lacking for the rest of the match, with Lamia showing nervousness in the final effort. Panserraikos persevered and tried to “hit” on the counterattack, but nothing changed until the final.

The film of the fight

MVP: Betancourt. He scored the 2nd goal, almost opened the scoring early on and was generally a constant threat to the Lamia defense, who could not find an antidote to limit him.

Whistle: There is a lot of bread in the match, with both teams having complaints about the whistles. In the 13th minute, Betancourt sent the ball into the net, the goal was canceled for offside and from the initial replay it appeared that the decision was wrong. However, with the placement of the lines, the supervisor was vindicated. Justified in the 23rd minute, the straight red to Vlachomitros, who was initially shown a yellow by Tsetsilas, but VAR Sidiropoulos intervened. The replays do not justify the referee for sending off Petrucci with a second yellow, which ranges from non-existent to severe. The midfielder of the guests does not find the opponent with his body, while there does not seem to be anything down. With the nose he slightly finds the Lamia player on the boot.

Lamia (Marinos Satsias): Kostic – Andrade, Cornezos, Giannoutsos (65′ Doiranlis) – Radonia (84′ Simoni), Mekic (65′ Guido), Nunes (84′ Saramandas), Ring – Furtado, Enriques (65′ Bykov), Vlahomitros.

Panserraikos (Juan Ferrato): Gougesashvili – Khantakias, Bergstrom (60′ Karasalidis), Davidson – Deligiannidis, Staikos (46′ Liassos), Hadjistravos (60′ Zelen), Perutsi, Fares – Thomas (75′ Deletis), Betancourt
