Heavily fined by the English Football Association in Nottingham Forest.
The one owned by Evangelos Marinakis will be asked to pay around 900,000 euros (836,000 to be precise), for the official and very strong complaints he had expressed about the arbitration of her confrontation with Evertonlast April and while fighting to stay in the Premier League.
In particular, after the end of that game, Nottingham had complaints from the referee that he did not give them three penalties, while also accusing the Refereeing Committee of putting on VAR Stuart Atwell, who he described as a Luton fan, who were also fighting to avoid the relegation.
At the same time, in addition to the heavy fine, there was also a warning to the “Reds”, that if something similar happens again there will be further consequences, while for its part, Nottingham announced that it will appeal against the decision.
Nottingham Forest have been fined £750,000 and warned for misconduct in relation to comments posted on social media after their Premier League game against Everton on Sunday 21 April.
