Lefteris Mantzoukas was born on July 8, 2003 in Ioannina, he is 2.07m tall. and competes both as a small and as a power forward.
He started in 2015 from the Prometheus Academies of Patras, and at the age of just 14, in the 2017-18 season, he made his debut in the men’s team. In October 2018, at the age of 15, he made his European debut, in the BCL and a year later, he competed for the first time in the EuroCup.
In 2020, he transferred to Panathinaikos AKTOR, with whom he signed a five-year contract. In the summer, his loan to Aris was announced, which was terminated on October 14.
