DEAB: Summons AEK, PAOK and five natural persons to a hearing for acts of violence!

The third half of the AEK-PAOK derby continues…

After the football prosecutor’s calls, it was her turn DEAB now to call for hearing both the PAE AEK as well as her PAEK PAOK.

Of course, five natural persons were called to the hearing, who are not named, but we obviously understand that they are the ones involved in the whole scene, namely Lamela, Vega, Loucescu, Giantsidis and Kaltabanidis.

The hearing calls concern violent phenomena related to sports, as reported by DEAB.

The DEAB announcement in detail:

The Standing Committee on Combating Violence (SCC) announces that:

1. With its Decision No. 54/2024, it imposed, at the expense of the amateur sports clubs “AO Ionikos Nikias” and “DAS DRAPETSONAS”

a) an administrative fine of two thousand five hundred euros (2,500) euros for each of them, as well as

b) ban on the use of all the stands of the sports facility, which are used as their headquarters by their Youth Basketball teams, which participate in the relevant ESKANA championship for the 2024-2025 season, for five (5) game days of any official domestic event in each of of these.

The Decision concerns a violation, namely for extensive incidents (fights) that took place between athletes, coaches, agents and their fans in the sports facility of the D.A.K. NIKAIAS “PLATON”, during the basketball match between them which took place on 15-10-2024 for the organization of the ESKANA Junior Basketball Division A championship, season 2024/2025.

2. Summons PAOK PAOK and AEK PAE as well as five natural persons (coach, technical director, two caretakers and a football player) to a hearing regarding violent phenomena related to sports and which allegedly took place immediately after the end of the match, within the playing field and the dressing room area, between the teams “PAE AEK-PAE PAOK” on 20-10-2024 at the OPAP ARENA stadium, for the Stoiximan Super League 1 championship, season 2024/2025.
