There will be a change of baton in the technical leadership in its women’s volleyball Panioni mid-season, as the team’s coach, Yannis Charitonidesis a thing of the past.
His departure was made following a joint decision by both sides, with the Greek coach citing personal reasons that forced him to leave the club.
With him Charitonides on the bench o Panionios conquered the Pre League unbeaten and climbed to Volleyball League of women.

“The management committee of the women’s volleyball department of Panioni announces the mutual consent of its cooperation with the coach Yannis Charitonidis. We wish the coach all the best and we are sure that our paths will meet again.
The statement of Yannis Charitonides: “The decision was made together with the management ten days ago, but because of the difficult games we had, we wanted them to be completed first. For personal reasons I will have to be in Thessaloniki.
