“Locked” the top of the third group of the A’ division of the Nations League Germany!

Putting on one of their best performances in recent years, the ‘punchers’ equalized with the deafening 7-0 Bosnia and Herzegovina at the “Europa-Park Stadion” in Freiburg for the 5th matchday of the group stage!

Julian Nagelsmann’s team, which had “cleared” the case for victory from the very first half, turned the game into a performance for one role. The “dance” of goals was opened just in the first 79 seconds by Musiala with a close header, after the excellent development of the hosts. Klidinst made it 2-0 in the 23rd minute with a shot from inside the area, and in the 37th minute, Havertz made it 3-0 from close range after an assist by Wirch, after a mistake by her opposing defense.

In the second half, the Germans not only did not make any “turns”, but found four goals. The big protagonist was Virch, with the Bayer Leverkusen striker scoring two goals in the 50′ and 58′, to be followed by Sane to “write” 6-0 in the 66th minute! The icing on the cake was put by Kleindienst in the 79th minute with a beautiful projection after Riediger’s ball in the back of the defense.

In the other game of the group, which was marked by the serious health problem suffered by Hungary’s assistant coachAdam Salai, during the first half, with the 36-year-old technician being taken to hospital, shocking the crowd. In the competitive part, Netherlands had no difficulty in bending the Magyar resistance in the “Johan Cruyff Arena” of Amsterdam, prevailing with impressive 4-0.

Vehorst made it 1-0 in the 21st minute from the penalty spot, only for Hakpo to come in the 12th minute of stoppage time and make it 2-0 in the same way. In the 64th minute, Dumfries made it 3-0 with a nice curling shot from the right, and in the 86th minute the Cupminers made it 4-0 with a nice header from a cross.

After today’s results, Germany secured the first place in the group, while Bosnia and Herzegovina finished in 4th place, as a result of which they were relegated to the second division of the Nations League.
