Surprise transfer from Colossus. The “seamen” announced the acquisition of Aleksandr Lipovi until the end of this season in order to strengthen themselves in the region.
The 33-year-old Ukrainian international guard-forward has extensive experience with elite teams in Europe and in European competitions, having played for Trikala and Promethea in the past. Until recently he was competing in Alicante of the second division of Spain.

Oleksandr Lipovy was born on October 9, 1991 in Kharkiv, Ukraine, he is 2.01m tall. and plays as a guard/forward. He is an international player with the national team of his country, while he started his career in 2008 in the team of Kyiv.
He has also played in Donetsk (2011-14), Red Star (2014), Budivelnik (2014/15), Vita Tbilisi (2015), Zolnoki (2015/16), Dynamo Kyiv (2016), as well as in the Greek league with the jersey of Trikala (2016/17) and Prometheus Patras (2017-20).
From 2020 to 2022 he wore the shirt of the Ukrainian Prometei, while he had a short stint in Germany and Bonn.
This year, Lipovi started in Spain’s second division with Alicante, where he averaged 4.6 points and 3.2 rebounds.
