Women’s basketball will have its own day of celebration on December 29. At the Glyfada Sports Club “Makis Liugas” the stars who wrote history, the stars of today and the stars that will shine in the coming years are making their own appointment at the Women’s All Star Game 2024 elevated by OPAP in collaboration with PSAKK.
The All Star Game returns after 13 years to introduce the protagonists of women’s basketball in a different way without the pressure of results, but only the joy of the game itself. On Sunday (29/12) at 11.30 the “jamball” of the events will take place.
We will get to know through the Masters game and in a game that will last two eight minutes athletes who paved the way, against athletes who are now building and now charting their own path. The Skills Challenge will follow with four couples undergoing various basketball… tests and the All Star Game will follow, during halftime of which there will also be a three-point competition.

The athletes who have been selected compete in Greece and the selections include active internationals and those with the highest ranking in the A1 Women’s championship.
Entry is free for the public, as the aim is to embrace the event, but also women’s basketball, as many people as possible with EuroBasket 2025, the big appointment waiting for its own turn in the summer at SEF (18-29 /6).
