ESAKE Sports Judge: Fines to Panionio and Ari, Lavrio was exempted

They were fined Mars and the Panionios for the behavior of their fans in the matches of its 10th matchday Stoiximan GBL.

Specifically, the “yellows” received a penalty 500 euros for insulting slogans that are not directed against natural persons and do not constitute an insult to national symbols, during the match with Carditsa.

On the other hand, the “Historic” received a total fine 1900 eurosfor abusive slogans and for each of the 2 warnings (excluding the first of them), for abusive slogans which had recipients natural persons in the home match against Olympiakos.

It is worth noting that the Panionios accepted and written recommendation with a parallel announcement to the press for an offense that cannot be characterized as particularly serious or defamatory of the sport (regarding the throwing of a plastic cup and water that did not cause damage).

The decisions in detail:

LAURIO

The team GYMNASTIKOS SYLLOGOS LAVRIO KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETERIA S.A. is released. (d.t. KAE LAVRIOU): a) the accusation that the precision time system did not work, and b) the accusation regarding the distribution of tickets to the visiting KAE during the championship game with the team, – PANATHINAIKOS ATHLITIKOS OMILOS KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETEIREIA (d. t. KAE PANATHINAIKOS AKTOR) which was held on 12-24-15.

MARS

A fine of five hundred (500.00) euros is imposed on the team ARIS BASKETBALL JSC (d.t. ARIS KAE 2003 KAE) for abusive slogans that are not directed at natural persons and do not constitute an insult to national symbols, during the championship match, with the team – ATHLETIC KARDITSAS ASSOCIATION – BASKETBALL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (d.t. AS KARDITSAS K.A.E.) held on 12-14-24.

Panionios

1. It is imposed on the PANIONIAN GYMNASTICS ASSOCIATION OF SMYRNIS 1890 BASKETBALL SOCIETY. (d.t. KAE PANIONIOS GSS 1890)

a) a fine of five hundred (500.00) euros for abusive slogans,

b) for each of the 2 warnings (excluding the first of them), for abusive slogans which were addressed to natural persons, a penalty of reprimand and a fine of one thousand four hundred (1,400.00) euros,

c) a written recommendation with a parallel announcement to the press for an offense that cannot be characterized as particularly serious or defamatory of the sport (with reference to the throwing of a plastic cup and water that did not cause damage), i.e. for disciplinary infractions that took place during the championship match with the Piraeus OLYMPIC PHILATHLON ASSOCIATION team BASKETBALL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (registered trademark OLYMPIAKOS KAE) held on 12-15-24. 2.

The PANIONIAN GYMNASTICS ASSOCIATION OF SMYRNIS 1890 BASKETBALL SOCIETY ANNOMINATE is released. (d.t. KAE PANIONIOS GSS 1890) for an offense that cannot be characterized as particularly serious or defamatory of the sport (referring to a verbal incident between an individual fan and a basketball player of the visiting team), i.e. for a disciplinary offense that took place during the as above championship match.
