After the addition of the American Jordan Davis to its roster, the Patras team announced the acquisition of the 21-year-old promising Greek regional player, who was previously playing in the Elite League (2nd division) with his jersey Hermes Schimatarios.

Sotiris Oikonomopoulos was born on August 29, 2003. He sees the world from 191 centimeters and competes in the peripheral positions. He started his career from Olympiacos, where at the age of 17 he played for Olympiacos B in the Elite League championship, while the following season he took part in the Basket League with the red and white team. In the 2023-24 season he played again in the Basket League with the shirt of Lavrio, but also in the Elite League with Psychiko, making the most productive season of his career so far, with 6.8 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1, 4 assists In the first half of this season, Oikonomopoulos played for Ermis Schimatariou, before “moving” to our team.
