A few hours after publication of the video from the security cameras which depicts frame-by-frame what happened after the end of the quarter-final Cup, the administration of the “yellow and black” with its announcement typically states that it has already started the procedures to render justice and punish the guilty her unprecedented attack by people from PAOK, as he typically emphasizes, while at the same time, he says that the impunity provokes the sports fans and the sense of justice, asking for the corresponding punishments.

“PAE AEK informs that it has already started the procedures before every competent body/authority, in order to bring justice to anyone responsible for the unprecedented attack by the PAOK team on fans, police and security.
In this context, he addressed the competent judicial football and prosecution authorities, disclosing the true facts in their exact extent and expected the exemplary punishment of those responsible for the unprecedented incidents.
He also informs that any impunity, which provokes the common sports fans and the sense of justice, will not be tolerated and he will seek to the end to impose the appropriate punishments, but also to control and prosecute those who falsified or concealed the facts. In this context, he is going to take any legal action against the competent official of the Hellenic Republic of Greece who, despite being present and despite the clear instructions/orders of the Greek Hellenic Republic, the Ministry of Citizen Protection and the co-competent Ministry of Sports, did not record the most serious phenomena of violence that also appear in the disputed videos.
Also, PAE AEK reserves the right to seek responsibilities immediately, but if necessary in the future, from all competent bodies/institutions regarding the falsification or concealment of facts, the misdemeanor punishment or even impunity of those responsible for the incidents, even those who from positions of responsibility may have caused problems in the prosecution, by acts or omissions for any reason.
AEK will continue to cooperate with the State, the Judiciary and the Greek Police to combat all forms of violence, however it cannot tolerate double standards, especially when dealing with incidents and events of serious violence.
