Cowell joined her staff in October Aston Martin as managing director – he will also become head of the team, with the team’s aerodynamics, engineering and performance departments, both at the track and at the AMR Technology Campus, reporting to him. For his part, Krak, who has held the position of team principal since 2022, will focus on getting the maximum performance out of the car on track through his role as head of track operations.

In the meantime, the management of the team based in AMR Technology Campus will have the new technical chief, Enrico Cardile, while Tom McCulloch will remain in a leadership position within the group. Cardile will oversee the architecture, design and construction of the new race cars, having joined the team last year after stepping down as technical director of chassis and aerodynamics at Ferrari. McCulloch, who held the position of performance director and has worked with the team for 11 years, is expected to play a role in expanding the team’s wide range of racing categories.
