Two very difficult years followed, with a very hard fight in both the administrative and the racing, but the KAE. ARIS responded. She won the confidence of her world, presented a team with a personality that “felt” Mars, gave goodwill to players who emerged through the Kastritis basketball program, escaped the dangerous paths of previous years.
In the 3rd year of our collaboration with coach Castritis, Aris returned to the racing spot and persuaded even the most skeptical. With the smallest Eurocup budget, he qualified for the group stage, entered the Greek league and the cup, played a very convincing and attractive basketball. Multiple of its true value in the basketball stock market, helping throughout the process of renovating Mars and its attempt to resolve it.
This year, a bad racing year has come. That he could go wrong went, the team did not perform the expected and did not meet the expectations. Coach Castritis leaves Mars as the coach with most regular -season games on the bench in the years of professional championships, leaves with a positive offer and leaves, above all, as a successful coach.
Man Castritis will never leave for me from the Mars family.
