The reconstitution of the Board of Directors of EFOEPA was a move planned and imposed in application of law no. 4908 and the recent amendment of article that: “Representatives of athletes and coaches are not allowed to occupy the position of vice president, secretary or treasurer of the Board of the sports federation”.
Thus, Giannis Kordoutis was elected the new general secretary of the Board, while Panagiotis Gionis, who had taken the position three and a half months ago, now continues only as a representative of the athletes, as he had started his presence in the administration after last year’s elections.
