OPAP UNILEAGUE: The new groups targeting the top

This year OPAP UNILEAGUE has welcomed several new teams that come with ambition, passion and dreams that have been distinguished by their performance, promising for now and for the future. Some of those who make their first appearance in the event are Red Bull Alimos, Favelas FC, Alex Pele and Poca Juniors and have laid fond of the future.

Red Bull Alimos: From a company, to a large project

We talked to the team leader Alexandros Charalambidis about the dreams and the founding of the team. He started as a group of friends from school a year ago and today and consists of a crowded staff told us. It includes young talented players, but also experienced people in the administration, who support the team daily. Their decision to participate in OPAP Unileague was not accidental, their goal is the Pan -Hellenic Championship and, why not, qualifying for the Socca Champions League.

Alex Pele: Football is a pleasure

Lambros Lekkas, head of Alex Pele, stresses that this year’s season is the first for the team. Alex Pele also includes some former players of the PAS Naxos, with their common feature being a love for football. For them, the most important thing is to enjoy it, without the stress of distinction.

Poca juniors: Chemistry and ambitions

Angelos Politis, a spokesman for Poca Juniors, says the team was created this year by first -year students who meet up from an early age. Their good chemistry is their big weapon, and although they are a new team, they want to get as high as possible. The big goal? The Socca Champions League of Rethymnon.

Favelas FC: Bam with good morning
