Dear Members, following the relevant instructions of the Judicial Representative appointed by the Athens Bar Association, Mr. Alexandros, Mr. Aravantino, we inform you the following about the electoral process and following your update from 9-4-2025.

Dear Members, following the relevant guidelines of the judicial representative appointed by the Athens Bar Association, Mr. Alexandros, Mr. Aravantino, we inform you the following about the electoral process and following your update from 9-4-25.

1. Anniversary vote, each member may vote by letter voting sent to a closed sealed envelope to Alexander’s Electoral Committee Chairman, Mr. Aravantinos, at: Tositsa 15 (Exarchia), Athens PC. 10683 Tel 2108816947 & 6974505137 with registered mail or courier. The mission may take place by 48 hours before the election, but to ensure its timely receipt, it is proposed to the members to be sent earlier than the above -mentioned time limit. Each subfolder will enclose the corresponding ballots in accordance with the specifications to be announced. 2. Referring to the deletions on the ballots it is noted that the deletion of names in a ballot paper in analogy to the national elections and to ensure the secrecy of the vote will result in the overall cancellation of the ballot paper and therefore the crosses of preference shall not be taken into account.
