PSAPP: “Arbitrary and Unilateral Complaint of Contracts of the Kavala players”

It is easily understood that the above unilateral action is arbitrary and is, without a voluntary distortion of the binding regulations, which apply and, in particular and exclusively, govern the relationships of a PAE and a professional footballer, in the context of his self -governing professional and professional football.

The above action lacks any legal basis and is outrageously abusive, given that the contract of a professional footballer is resolved by the restrictively mentioned in the Kimb, and in any, next and on the basis of the above solution to fulfilling the PAE’s employer obligations to the competent authorities.
