3. The accusation against me and the decision on me, as explicitly stated in the court ruling, is strictly temporary. Therefore, the presumption of innocence must continue to prevail. If accusations are finally announced and oral listening, I will continue to defend myself before the courts, in which I have complete confidence, confirming that I am not guilty of any criminal act. All of this, without prejudice to the absolute respect I have for conducting the judicial proceedings as a whole, including other persons under investigation.
