“The Prometheus Patras Vikos Cola announces the start of its partnership with coach George Limniatis, who takes over the technical leadership of our team for the new season.
Giorgos Limniatis was born on March 22, 1971 and has spent most of his life in basketball. First as a player, following a great journey in the big category in traditional forces (Olympiacos, PAOK, Daphne, Papagou, Doukas, Sporting), while in the 2006-07 season he retired from active action and was involved in coaching. He has worked as an assistant coach in Kifissia, AEK and Kymi, and has been a head coach in Lavrio, Marousi, Peristeri and in small nationals. Last season, as Peristeri’s coaches he managed to lead the Western suburbs team to the 8th of the GBL and the Final 8 of the Greek Cup, and stood out for the fact that he gave time to young children (Avdalas, Zougris, Stavrakopoulos), Prometheus advocates and wants to succeed for the future.
