Dabizas: “These are my principles for OFI, our goal is to highlight new children”

For the transcription plan: “The transcription plan is what comes in the year, everyone is evaluated, there are people in OFI we have contacted internally, I think that simple basic conditions are to approach players with specific characteristics in the way we want to fight.

For team priorities, but also the plan for academies: “Our priority is to get the best player in Crete, to persuade every child from Greece to come to our team, the goal is to have a satisfactory number of players who will come out of the academies.

Our goal is to highlight young children through a healthy plan, I have lived it and it is a key pillar of the plan we have discussed with Mr. Boussi”

For the position of the Academy’s Technical Director: “I have come for a short time, a preparation has been made and we have begun to prioritize and the position of the technical director of the academy for who is the most appropriate”

For the transcriptional reinforcement of OFI: “I am against radical changes unless there is a prolonged period of time when there are failed results.
