The concession of the CHEF At Olympiacos!
As announced by the Ministry of Sports, the amendment tabled days ago was voted on to the House, with the Peace and Friendship Stadium officially passing on the “red -white” PAE for the next 49 years.
The agreement provides for minimum investments of € 4m on a 12 -year horizon, with a 30% of net revenue. It ensures the conduct of sports and cultural events. It maintains free use by the EEC for national teams. It does not affect the existing concessions (eg Amateur Olympiacos, Ping Pong Federation). He respects the current legislation and labor relations of the SEF staff.
At the same time, among other things, changes relating to the athletic provisions were also announced, with automated administrative sanction by the DEAB for owners, administration members, athletes and coaches, in the event of a threatening, threatening and insulting price and suspicion of behavior, as well as the abolition of the deed, holding an additional athletic meeting without the presence of spectators.

“With broad consensus, the provisions on sports, which joined the bill of the Ministry of Education, Religions and Sports, were voted on to Parliament, enhancing the effort to reform and institutional modernization of the Greek sports ecosystem.
The new arrangements respond to the critical needs of amateur and professional sport and focus:
In enhancing transparency and good administration,
In the guarantee of gender equality and athletes’ participation,
In the organization of sustainable associations,
in effectively dealing with violence,
In the creation of new perspectives, through the utilization of sports facilities.
As the Minister of Sports, Yiannis Broutsis, pointed out in his position in Parliament:
This is our fourth legislative intervention and once again our arrangements are voted for by the vast majority of parties – which confirms the seriousness, targeting and inter -party acceptance of our work.

The main points of the sporting provisions:
Self -contained administrative sanction (Binding) by the DEAB for owners, administration members, athletes and coaches, in the event of a threatening, threatening and generally offensive price and repayment of a work (fine of 50,000 € and a repetition of conduct).

Participation without the vote of an active athlete of the Athletic Association in his Board of Directors.
The elections, for the Board of Directors of each Athletic Association, will now be held within the first half of the year of the Olympic Games, with a term of four (4) years.
Definition of e-Government (e-buckets) and athletic integrity and athletic values in the boards of sports clubs.
Autonomous representation and participation of women’s football, as a Pan -Hellenic Association of Football Associations, in the process of decision -making of the Hellenic Football Federation.
Obligation to submit an annual financial statements by independent certified auditors/accountants on the part of sports federations, associations, associations and other sports bodies receiving, directly or indirectly, an annual regular or extraordinary subsidy by the General Secretariat of the General Secretariat.
Possibility of merging sports clubs only as sets and simultaneously excluding the possibility of merging their individual parts.

Participation of Greek athletes and athletes cycling, with a report in a foreign club, in the Pan -Hellenic Championships, without registration in a Greek club, as defined by the UCI World Cycling Federation regulations.
Establishment of a Board of Directors for the General Secretariat of Sport.
SEF concession arrangement to OEM Olympiakos
The use, management and exploitation of the Peace and Friendship Stadium (SEF) for 49 years is granted to OEM for 49 years, with the aim of upgrading basketball and better utilizing the historical installation.
The Agreement:
It provides for minimum investments of € 4 million in 12 years.
It gives the SEF 30% of net commercial revenue.
It ensures the conduct of sports and cultural events.
It maintains free use by the EEC for national teams.
It does not affect the existing concessions (eg Amateur Olympiacos, Ping Pong Federation).
He respects the current legislation and labor relations of the SEF staff.
The conversion of the stadium into a purely basketball facility will be funded exclusively by the Olympic Games.
The agreement is implemented in terms of the UN Law on State Aid and is based on corresponding standards such as OAKA in Panathinaikos and the Closed of Ano Liosia in AEK AEK ».
