Strengthening reinforcement within the football section of Chania. The team of Crete, recently acquired by Dimitris Drosos, after the departure of Antonis Rokakis, announced technical director Costas Franceskos, while Stavros Lambrakis took over as a manager.

PA Chania announces the integration of two experienced executives into our team’s organizational chart, with Costas Francesco taking over technical director duties and Stavros Lambrakis continuing for the fourth year in the club’s potential from the position of Team Manager.
The aim of this enhancement is to upgrade the racing and organizational operation of our team, with the contribution of people who have valuable experience in Greek football.
Kostas Francescos was born on January 4, 1969 and has written his own story in Greek football. As a footballer he competed in Panathinaikos, PAOK, OFI, Aris Thessaloniki, Kalamata, Ionic Nice, Progressive and AEK Larnaca in Cyprus. A total of 343 matches in the Greek Championship scored 116 goals (43 fouls, a performance that remains unmatched to date), while in the First National of Cyprus scored 14 goals in 20 matches. With National Greece he competed in 38 matches with 7 goals.
Its coaching runs significant experience in clubs such as Panathinaikos in Infrastructure Groups, Apollo Larissa, AE Larissa, AE Karaiskakis Arta, AO Trikala, Ao Aigaleo, Po Atsalenios, Alexandroupolis and Panayialios. With the know -how and deep knowledge of football, it is expected to make a decisive contribution to improving our team’s racing and organizational development.
Stavros Lambrakis, born in Heraklion on February 26, 1970, is a member of the PAE family of Chania since 2022. As a footballer he competed in Olympic Peninsula, Herodotus, Ialyssos, Agrani Naxos and of course in Ergotelis. At the end of his football career, he remained in Ergotelis, who served as coach, general leader and technical director, while in the 2016-17 season he was a technical director of PAO OFI.
