Following its highly successful course in the Eurovolley 2026 qualifiers, the National Women’s Volleyball is ready to be thrown into the battle of the World Championship which will take place in Thailand from August 22 to September 7th.
The “blue -white” is in the same group as France, Brazil and Puerto Rico, with the matches being covered by ERT, as it became known by EOPE.

The Women’s National is preparing to write a new chapter in the history of women’s volleyball in Greece with its participation for the second time in the World Championship to be held in Thailand.
The big sporting event in Asia’s country will be broadcast by ERT SA, which secured the television rights of the Greek Games.
Specifically, ERT will broadcast live the three matches of our national team to the 3rd Group in Chiang Mai, as well as another game from each match. In addition, public television has ensured both the transmission of the semifinals and the final, thereby ensuring full coverage for the most critical competitions of the competition.
National Women’s Participation in the World Championships is an important milestone for Greek volleyball, and ERT’s television coverage gives thousands of friends of the sport the opportunity to watch Greece’s efforts at every stage of the event.
