Relaxed win for Monaco without James before Olympiakos and Panathinaikos

OR Monaco prevailed at home Bulazak with 92-85 at Salle Gaston Medecin, in the context of the 5th game of the French championship. His team Vasilis Spanoulis turned things up in the second half, where they scored 48-39 to improve their record to 4-1 in the LNB, while Bulazak dropped to 2-3.

A top performance was made by Eli Okobowho finished the game with 23 points (5/5 2-pointers, 4/7 3-pointers, 1/1 shooting) and 4 assists, leading Monaco to victory. A valuable contribution was also made by Jaron Blossomgame (16 points, 3 rebounds) and Mathieu Strazel (11 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds).

On his part, Mr Nemanja Nedovic added 9 points and 5 assists, while Nick Calathes had limited playing time (4:44), recording one assist and one missed 3-pointer. They didn’t play o Mike James and Daniel Ticeprobably due to rest ahead of a double match in the Euroleague.

OR Monaco now turns its attention to the difficult “devil’s week” of the EuroLeague, where it will face him Olympic at SEF on October 29 (21:15) and Panathinaikos in the principality on October 31 (20:00).
