Ancient Olympia and Emmanuel Karalis will welcome top athletes and coaches from around the world, who will gather in Ancient Olympia for a strong race with big jumps and a rich spectacle.
As it has become known so far, the French champion Thimbo Cole (individual record 5.81m) and his teammate, Alioun Sene (individual record 5.76m) will attend the event, as well as the Norwegian, holder of the national record, Pal Hagen Lelefos ( individual record 5.83m).
The British, finalist of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and holder of the British national record, Harry Koppel (individual record 5.80m), will be one of the twelve leaders of the rally, while the transatlantic trip from the USA to Ancient Olympia will be made by American jumper Andrew Irwin (individual record 5.88m).
Very soon the other athletes will be announced and, aiming at the high jumps, will gather in the area outside the town hall of Ancient Olympia on Sunday, June 12 at 19:00.
The match will be broadcast live by ERT, while the entrance to the match will be free for the whole public.
