In particular, according to an IPSOS survey conducted in 10 countries (Greece, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Turkey) at the initiative of HUAWEI, 64% of Greeks believe that smart watches can make our lives better.
The research revealed that citizens are fully aware of the consequences of the pandemic, but also sedentary life, both in their physical condition and in their mental health and are ready to do something about it. In order to be able to effectively deal with the suffering of the body (poor physical condition, stress, insomnia, low mood) they recognize that they need a daily helper who will give them the extra impetus to achieve their goals. Who is this; Smart devices, such as smartwatches and smartbands, which have advanced technology and precision functions for continuous monitoring of users’ health and fitness.

In the study, participants were further asked if they believed that new applications and smart devices could help them achieve their goals and in what aspects of their lives they found particularly useful.

More specifically, the areas mentioned as those that need more improvement are: overall health (61%), stress (50%) and sleep quality (46%). An impressive 52% of respondents in our country even stated that smart applications and devices can really help them return to normalcy.
