Zoe Papagalou argues that although we often hear from all sides how difficult it is to quit smoking, there is a way to get rid of this bad habit. The program includes thirty very short podcasts, with great music and some simple and easy instructions “, notes Mrs. Papagalou.

By opening the link of the application, which is addressed to all smokers – daily and occasional – the interested party follows the recorded instructions of the program which is currently only in English, while it will soon be released in Greek.

Ms. Papagalou explained that she herself was one of the thousands of people who stopped smoking, something she did more than three times. “I know it sounds weird, but every time I quit smoking very easily. After months or years, however, I lit a cigarette, either to prove to myself that I had succeeded, or to punish him. The results have always been the same. “In a few weeks I was a regular smoker again,” she explains.

This was the reason for him to create the application, for which he had to work for two years. It has been operating for a while now and there are many friends and acquaintances who started trying it and many were the ones who managed to get rid of the cigarette from their lives.
