Amount of height up to $20 monthly Apple may be charging its users to access its previous AI services, analysts told CNBC.

The tech giant from Cupertino, California, plans to develop the Artificial Intelligence program, Apple Intelligenceon some of its devices, this year.

When Apple announced its AI program in June, it promised an enhanced voice assistant (aka Siri), as well as new features that will include ability to automatically generate emails and images. While the features will be rolled out gradually in different regions, with China and Europe not initially getting access, Apple could charge a subscription for its more advanced apps, analysts said.

THE Neil Shah, partner at Counterpoint Research, said that investing in AI is expensive and Apple will want to pass the cost on to its users. “It’s more profitable for Apple to use its Apple One subscription model,” Shah said in an interview with CNBC last week.

The Apple One costs $19.95 per month and gives users access to various Apple services including Apple Music.

Shah believes that Apple could charge $10 to $20. for Apple Intelligence, possibly as part of the Apple One service, for more premium AI services.
