A new video at the time of the massacre at the elementary school in the city of Uvalde, Texas, saw the light of day on Monday.
The dramatic new footage of the video, which was broadcast by ABC, shows, among other things, police officers breaking the windows of the Primary School. Children and some adults run out of the building a few moments later. A police officer says a class is “full of victims” of the mass shootings.
Nineteen students and two teachers were killed by gunfire from gunman Salvador Ramos, 18, who was later shot dead by police.
The local police took her “wrong decision” on Tuesday, avoiding a quick raid inside the school in the small town of Uwalde where the 18-year-old who committed a massacre was fortified, he said on Friday. Steven McCraw, Texas State Police Director of Public Safety.
The US Department of Justice announced that it would look into how police responded to attack with shots to school.
