American Jamal Smith, 38, Jordanian Ahmad Alatum, 28, and Russian Natalia Kozenkova, 35, accused of negligent homicide.
All three face prison sentences 10 years each if convicted reports bangkokpost.

Police said the three friends claimed Eugenia was very drunk when she climbed an outside staircase between the seventh and eighth floors, the Bangkok Post reported.
The autopsy revealed a very high level of alcohol in Smirnova’s blood. Police are continuing their investigation and are looking for any signs of physical assault.

Eugenia was found wearing only her underwear with fatal head injuries and a broken leg after falling in the hotel complex.
It was found in her hand a tuft of human hair, which are being investigated by the Thai police.
The victim had social media accounts under a pseudonym making shows on adult sites. According to information, there is evidence of sex, drug and alcohol use shortly before Smirnova’s death.

Kozenkova, a model and DJ, had stated that Smirnova’s death was one “unfortunate incident”. “It was not a murder and none of those involved are to blame” had claimed, denying reports in the Thai media that the party was about sex and drugs.
“I did not know Eugenia until that night. I did not know the girl, she just came to the party where we were. And she called her boyfriend [Αλατούμ]who also came, and behaved inappropriately.
“I can say that me and my friend [Σμιθ]”I have known for a long time, we behaved with dignity and decency”.
And he added: “I’m just a tourist here, an ordinary tourist… I live here for five months.”
He admitted, however, that “We really drank a lot – someone dies here every day.”
