Nine have been arrested in China after a viral video showed several women being attacked in a restaurant.
A CCTV clip from northern Hebei sparked widespread anger on Friday.
It shows a man reaching out and touching the backs of four women sitting at a table at 2:40 am.
He appears to have beaten her up and negated her accomplishments several times before punching her in the face, forcing her to fight back.
During the ensuing skirmish, multiple punches and punches are added up, the woman is hit in the head with a chair, and drinks and bottles are thrown when various meals are included.
There are tables and chairs scattered on the floor, and many people are involved.
On Saturday, Chinese officials announced on the Weibo social media platform that nine people had been arrested on suspicion of violent assault.

During a fight at a barbecue restaurant in Tangshan, North Hebei Province, a group of men entered the restaurant and brutally attacked the women and their partners.
Footage taken from outside the restaurant also showed that the assailants first pushed the man out of the premises and dragged the woman who hit her hard, as seen by most bystanders and restaurant owners.
Images of him lying on a stretcher, swollen, bloody, and images of the attack itself became a hot topic on the internet.
This has also led to a new approach in the treatment of women in the country.
This came after a viral video of a woman chained to the wall of a shack sparked public outcry after Chinese authorities for the first time denied she was a victim of trafficking.
It later became clear that the woman was being sold as a bride.
In a recent incident, two women suffered fatal injuries and were being treated at a hospital. His condition is stable.
The other two were slightly injured.
The footage of what happened inside and outside the restaurant was less than 5 minutes. The Weibo user who first posted the video said it was “fun” to watch.
The post reads: “This means the cafeteria is very dangerous now. Do we have to bring men everywhere we go?
“(These men) are no different from bandits.”
On Sunday, video shot inside the restaurant was viewed more than 68 million times and footage of the graphic attack outside the restaurant was removed.
