After yesterday’s confrontation between the Greek MPs Manousos Voloudakis, Spilios Libanos, Theodora Tzakri and the Minister of Defense of Turkey Hulusi Akartoday took the baton of challenges Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu. As it transmits the SKAI correspondent in Istanbul, Manolis Kostidis, in a presentation that lasted more than an hour, the Turkish minister accused Greece and many NATO countries such as Sweden, Finland, Germany and France of supporting terrorism. At the same time, he claimed that Greece is torturing refugees and immigrants mainly in Evros, while he also showed some photos and demanded the abolition of Frontex.
As yesterday, the reaction of the Greek MPs was strong. Spilios Libanos, Manousos Voloudakis and Theodora Tzakri responded by telling him that the minister of a NATO country could not accuse all NATO countries of supporting terrorism and want this country to be part of the Alliance and rejected all accusations of the refugee.
