A drunken pilot has been arrested after a small plane allegedly ran out of fuel and landed on the highway.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, John Sedin, 35, was flying a single-engine Piper Cellokey plane toward Kansas City’s Wheeler Center Airport when he was forced to make an emergency landing on Interstate 70. I did.
