Ukraine: Civilians injured by Russian shelling

The United States has announced that it will continue to share information with Ukraine despite changes in Zelensky’s inner circle of associates.

Russian attacks continue in various areas, mainly in the east of Ukraine, but also in Odesa.

As the Kyiv Independent website reports, yesterday Russian forces bombed the Sumy region in the east, injuring 2 people

According to the governor of Sumi province, at least 6 villages were targeted.

In the Odesa region, at least four civilians were injured and several houses were destroyed after Russian shelling. In fact, at least two houses were burned after rocket attacks.

Two more people were injured in Mykolayiv after a Russian attack, according to the mayor

Meanwhile the United States has announced that it will continue to share information with Ukraine despite changes in Zelensky’s inner circle of associates.
“We are in daily contact with our Ukrainian partners … We invest in institutions, not individuals,” State Department spokesman Ned Price said.

Yesterday, Monday, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he dismissed the heads of the State Security Service and the General Prosecutor’s Office, noting that at least 60 employees of these services were working against the country, in the Russian-occupied territories.
