Russia and Ukraine signed a crucial agreement on the export of Ukrainian grain from the Black Sea earlier today in Istanbul, brokered by the UN and Turkey.
Ukraine relies on the UN to implement the grain export agreementwhich he signed today in Istanbul, said Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleb, stressing that “Russia cannot be trusted”.
“We have confidence in the UN, as the driving force of this agreement, as an institution, as well as in the secretary general (of the Organization) who invests his reputation and ability to make this agreement work and not be broken by Russia, as it has he does with many other deals,” said Kuleba at a press conference he gave.
