Iran nuclear deal: What was negotiable was negotiable, Borrell says

by

“If the answers are positive, then we can sign this agreement,” EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said.

The head of European diplomacy Joseph Borel said today that a final text has been tabled in relation to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) agreement as indirect talks between the Tehran and her Washington in Vienna aimed at reviving the 2015 agreement on Iranian nuclear program.

“What could be negotiated was negotiated and is now included in the final text. However, behind every technical issue and every paragraph there is a political decision to be made in the capitals,” Borel wrote in a message on Twitter.

“If the answers are positive, then we can sign this agreement.”
