The released security camera video shows Laishev’s car turning into a fireball on Shevchenko Street, in Staroblisk in Luhansk, which has been controlled by Russia since early July.

THE Ukraine has not officially claimed responsibility for the attacks, but multiple sources, including some Ukrainian officials, have suggested that its special forces are likely behind the blasts.
