Azerbaijan used artillery, mortars and small arms in its attack this morning, Armenia’s Defense Ministry said in a statement.
“The situation on the Armenia-Azerbaijani border remains tense,” he added, reiterating Yerevan’s position that Baku had launched an attack on its territory.
