At the meeting of the chiefs of Armed Forces of NATO member statesin Tallinn, Estonia, with the participation of the GEETHA chief General Konstantinos Floros.
With his post on Facebook, he mentions, among other things, that the meeting is being held with the participation of Finland and Sweden while adding: “With my counterparts we discussed the situation in Ukraine and the support of its defense effort, the development of operations and of the actions of the Alliance and in particular of NATO KFOR and NATO Mission Iraq”.
As the GEETHA leader underlines, they also discussed “the current and future deployment of NATO forces both in its Eastern Wing and as a whole to deal with the challenges and threats in its region” as well as “the upgrading of the Alliance’s operations and the promotion of digital transformation and the requirement to highlight the importance of diversity and its connection with the promotion of innovation”.
