Posting photos of the outrage her death caused Mahsa Amini, in the caption he wrote:
“Respect to the bold, uncompromising, fearless women of Iran. To all those who survived and resisted for decades. To those who today occupy the streets, to Mahsa Amini and to all young Iranian women like her”.
And it continues:
“Women don’t need their morals policed, their minds re-educated, their bodies controlled. They need freedom to live and breathe without violence and threats.”
