However, Hunter Biden’s lawyers point out that at the moment they have not received any prosecutorial summons, while last April, Joe Biden’s chief of staff, Ron Klein, said that the US president “is sure that his son did not violate the law,” but that the matter would be left to the Justice Department and that the White House would not be involved.
