Dubai’s famous skyline would change forever if a futuristic architectural proposal from experimental architecture firm ZNera Space becomes a reality.
The company has designed and proposed to the authorities a “space” building, a circular skyscraper that will “wrap” the iconic Burj Khalifa, the tallest building on the planet.

Architecture firm Znera envisioned the Downtown Circle with a height of 550 meters and a perimeter of 3,000 meters that will rest on 4 “plinths” and surround the Burj Khalifa.
The…horizontal tower will consist of two interconnected main rings, which will host residential, commercial, cultural and public spaces.

Between the rings there will be a “layer” of greenery which ZNera characterizes as the “green lung” of the buildings.
