The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia states that the West is distorting the Russian reports on the use of nuclear weapons!

The United States profits from pipeline sabotage Nord Stream argues Sergei Lavrov in an interview, while characterizing any use of nuclear weapons by Moscow as “defensive in nature”. The Russian Foreign Minister states that the West is distorting the Russian reports on the use of nuclear weapons!

“The answer to the question of who benefits from these developments (in Nord Stream) is obvious. The main winners are the US and its suppliers of expensive LNG,” he claims.

“Also indicative is the refusal of Sweden and Denmark to allow Russia and the (Russian) pipeline management company to participate in the investigation, while there were no objections from their side to the Americans’ willingness to ‘participate in the process,'” he adds.

Nuclear Deterrence

“It is the Americans and their allies who are trying to introduce nuclear rhetoric into the public debate,” Sergei Lavrov insisted. As he added, “Westerners are distorting everything, claiming that Russia is making nuclear threats and that it can use nuclear weapons against Ukraine, manipulating and outright lying.”

“President Vladimir Putin and Russian officials have repeatedly made it clear that our nuclear deterrence policy is purely defensive in nature,” insisted the Russian Foreign Ministry.

British intelligence: Russia is running out of weapons

Russia is running out of weapons it can use in Ukraine and the cost to the Kremlin of the ongoing war is staggeringly high, the head of one of the UK’s secret intelligence services is expected to say in a rare public address.

Sir Jeremy Fleming, head of GCHQ (Government Communications Headquarters) will also say at an event of the London-based military research institute RUSI that Ukrainian forces are “turning the tables” on the battlefield and in cyber warfare.
